- Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 2 years from the date of submission, or longer if an active business relationship is established
- Newsletter subscriptions: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion of your information
- Service engagement records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years following the conclusion of the engagement, in accordance with applicable tax and business record-keeping requirements
- Website analytics data: Collected in anonymized form and retained for up to 26 months
When personal information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Calendly: Used for scheduling consultations. When you use our scheduling widget, Calendly may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policy.
- Email delivery services: Used to send transactional and marketing communications. Your email address and name may be shared with our email service provider for delivery purposes only.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers: Your data may be stored on servers operated by third-party cloud hosting providers that maintain appropriate security certifications.
7. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and the page from which you subscribed. We use this information solely to send you periodic updates about our services, industry insights, and company news.
